Fortress Lab ("we") operates fortresslab.io. This page says what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect. If you book a free call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email, firm website and the answers you give on the booking form. If you email us, we keep the email. The site itself sets no tracking cookies of our own; our hosting provider may log standard request data such as IP address and browser type.

What we do with it. We use it to run the call you booked, to send you the recording and notes you asked for, and, if you agree on the call, to follow up about working together. We do not sell it or share it with anyone except the providers we need to run the site and the booking (hosting, scheduling, video calls, email).

Client work. Anything you share with us during an engagement stays inside that engagement. We write case studies only with permission and never name a client without it.
