Keep your hours · AI workflow automation

Get your hours back.

There's something in your business that drives you nuts. The task that eats the week. The step that always breaks. The process that doesn't exist. Automate it, with your judgment still driving the result.

Anyone can hook up a tool. The hard part is knowing what to automate and what to leave to people. We've spent three years testing exactly that, because it's the only way to learn it.

Are you buying tools, or building workflows?
Tools sit there. Workflows run. We find the one worth building first.
Not just how to automate. What to automate.

What you get

01
Run lean
Overhead down. People kept.
We find the hours your firm spends moving information around and hand them to AI. Your team does the work only they can do.
02
Read everything
Decisions on all of it, not a sample.
Every call, email and record read at once. You see what clients ask for, where deals stall, and what to fix first.
03
Hold the line
Written rules for AI in your firm.
What AI may touch, what stays with a person, where client data goes. One page your whole team can follow.
Where we start

One workflow first.

We don't rebuild your firm. We pick the one task costing you the most hours, get it running in two to four weeks, and prove it with the log. Then the next one.

About $300K a year in outside services, gone. And a view of the business nobody had.

Design, web development, integrations: work that used to go to vendors now runs on workflows we built in-house. The same workflows read thousands of emails, calls and ad results at once, so decisions rest on all of it. No outside professional service could do that.

Fair questions.

Where does my client data go?
It stays in your systems. We work inside your accounts with the access you grant, and we write down what we touched. Nothing leaves without your sign-off.
Is this going to replace my team?
No. It replaces the part of their week they'd pay to get rid of. The judgment stays with people, and we write that into your firm's AI rules so it holds.
I don't know which tools to use.
Good. Most of the ones being sold to you won't exist in two years. We build on the tools you already pay for first, and add one only when it earns its place.
We already tried AI and it didn't stick.
Most firms try it as a tool and nobody owns it. We build it into one named task with one named owner, and we log the hours. If the log doesn't move, we don't move on.
What does it cost?
One workflow is a fixed price, agreed before we start. We'll talk numbers on the call, and only if it's a fit.
